Neat, guestbooks are as retro as many of these guys.
I have several of these guys and it's excellent to seem they described and paid tribute to. Were I not already married it would be my goal to marry a Tomy heir. They even made cool dolls (Dollcena).
Just a comment on the Alien/Robotic baby. He's especially hellish if you buy him as I did, without the bottle.

Was looking for another Julie doll. I, too, have one but my daughter forgot to take the batteries out so I have the same problem you do. Ebay sold a brand new one in box with everything included in January for $49. Rubylane has clothing but it is quite expensive compared to what the doll sold for. Good luck in finding another one. If I spot one I will let you know.
