Depending on who you ask, SBD's real name is either Silent But Deadly or Secret Bank Deposit. Either way, the name fits. For starters, he is a bank. You slide your coins into the slot on his chest, and he will keep track of the number of coins that you deposit. Unfortunately, he can only determine the number of coins, not thevalue of the coins.

Withdrawls are where it gets interesting. After entering your secret 'code', you can either withdraw one coin at a time or you can have SBD fork over all of the change you've been saving. How he goes about it, though... The coins come out his butt. No - seriously! He lifts up two flaps on his butt, 'poops' out a coin and let's out a rip roarin' fart. He farts every time you insert a coin, too. As a matter of fact, he farts pretty much after every thing.

If fart noises are not enough to keep you entertained for hours on end, SBD tells joke (albeit usually fart jokes), raps, dances and plays games. I know that this toy claims that it is for "Ages 5 and up", but is this really the kind of humour you want your kid exposed to?

I haven't been able to find an owner's manual for this robot yet, but luckily, Mattel was kind enough to stamp the "PIN Codes" needed to make him work on the bottom of one of his feet. Just in case yours is unreadable for some reason, here is a list of the codes:
